Contest Winner Announced for interpreting our Track 11 Instrumental song! "A Lighthouse Keeper's Christmas"
December 26, 2006 - Thank you so much to everyone that sent in stories about "A Lighthouse Keepers Christmas." We would like to give honorable mention to Erin Dupont of Bristol, Laurie Hamer of Danielson, and Phyllis Royx of Stafford Springs for their warm and imaginative well written stories interpreting the day of a Lighthouse Keeper of long ago In Connecticut.
The prize was awarded to Miss Dondziks Kindergarten class of Orange CT. This year Miss Dondziks class story about "A Lighthouse Keeper's Christmas" was recorded on the Christmas In Connecticut II CD.
December 5th, 2006 - WFSB Channel 3 interviewed the Bright Lights Music team while presenting a $500 Wal-Mart Gift Card to the "Will Santa Find Me?" foundation's founder Remi Borak to help buy toys for children. November 28th @ 9:00 AM - WDRC 1360 AM broadcast veteran Brad Davis interviewed Judy Lemay from Bright Lights Music. They spoke about the new CD just released called "Christmas In Connecticut", featuring local Connecticut Artists and the story behind her new project. Mr Davis played 3 songs from the CD on the air which were "The First Noel", Brad's personnal favorate "What Child Is This" and our featured song "Christmas In Connecticut".
